Recreate the model using spoken directions.

Say short plank or long plank, even when it is upright. During each round, green outlines show which pieces to use.

Hands behind the screen. Cannot see the blocks or the model. Only the builder touches the blocks.

Look at the model. Guide the builder using words. Use left and right from the builder’s viewpoint.

Earn the round’s points for a correct model completed in time. 25 points total. Three optional bonus builds follow.

THE SETUP

Place the builder behind a screen so they cannot see the blocks or the projected model. Keep their hands free to build.

The other four teammates can see the target and coach the builder using spoken directions.

Rotate the builder each round.Five rounds gives every teammate a turn.

HOW TO PLAY

Look closely at the target and highlighted shapes.
On GO, use clear directions to recreate the arrangement. Only the builder touches the blocks.
The builder may ask questions. Describe left and right from the builder’s viewpoint.
At zero, hands off. The judge checks the final arrangement.

TIME & POINTS

Award the round’s points for a correct, completed arrangement within the time limit. Bonus builds do not add to the 25-point total.
